We want you to love what you get from us — whether it’s a lovingly handmade item, a carefully curated digital product, or one of our unique finds. But we know that sometimes, things just don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle refunds:

Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital files (instant delivery), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the file has been sent or downloaded.

  • If you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file, missing pages), send us a message within 7 days of purchase at zoerenecrafts@gmail.com and we’ll gladly resend or assist you.

Physical Products

  • We accept returns and issue refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Once approved, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products

  • Sale or clearance items

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at zoerenecrafts@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
