Due to the nature of digital files (instant delivery), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the file has been sent or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file, missing pages), send us a message within 7 days of purchase at zoerenecrafts@gmail.com and we’ll gladly resend or assist you.
Physical Products

We accept returns and issue refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
